Description

The Driveshaft Shop 4-Inch Aluminum One Piece Driveshaft replaces the factory driveshaft with a high-performance, direct fit solution designed to maximize your vehicle's power transfer. It enhances drivetrain response and increases power holding capability, ideal for enthusiasts seeking reliable and efficient power delivery.
Construction and Appearance. Built from lightweight aluminum with chromoly internals, this driveshaft features precision ground constant velocity joints that fit directly into the pinion flange, eliminating the need for adapter plates. This construction delivers superior durability and strength while reducing weight for improved overall performance.
Installation. Installation requires prior reinforcement of the rear subframe or installation of a cradle lock-out kit to prevent movement and potential damage. The driveshaft fits as a direct replacement without drilling or modification, but ensuring the rear cradle is properly reinforced is critical to avoid damage and maintain warranty coverage.
Warranty. Comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and durability, contingent on correct installation and the use of the rear cradle lock-out or reinforcement kit.
Application. Designed for 2015 to 2023 Dodge Challengers equipped with 5.7L or 6.4L HEMI engines and automatic transmissions. This driveshaft does not fit Hellcat models and excludes other engine or transmission variants.
