  Nice tone

  Got these bad boys installed today on my 01 cobra. They replaced the stock cat-back without mufflers. They're kinda loud, I wish they were a little louder, but then again I'm comparing them to my old one with no mufflers. I'm glad i got them, the 4 inch tips are beautiful.

  Loud and proud

  I love this exhaust! I have an offroad x-pipe in front of this catback on my 03 cobra and it sounds amazing. Its loud and raspy between 2400 and 3000 (a great sound but very loud) but it mellows out above that and sounds really amazing! I don't recommend it if you drive on the interstate everyday as it drones quite a bit around 75-80, my only complaint besides a hefty price, but you get what you pay for. Looks great too. A quick polish on the stainless pipe and it looks as good as chrome

  Perfect

  Best sounding exhaust i have ever had... a little pricey but it was worth it. installation took about 45 minutes by myself. i get compliments everywhere.

  Beast

  I've had this exhaust for about 6 months and they sound meaner everytime I drive it. Definitely worth the money for the quality. Easy bolt on horsepower

  Borla made my Beast into a Monster

  After installing this Product I couldn't believe it. And I thought my car was already loud before, this made it even more, but not too much just perfect. I also have a Mac Performance O/R H pipe which make it sound so SWEET!!!

  Borla FTW

  I've had my Borla's for about a year now, and everyday i drive it they broke in and got louder and raspier. It gave me a great horsepower increase and the exhaust tone is just amazing! I love them. I wouldn't settle for less. thanks again AM

  Sick Nasty Exhaust

  Installed this on my 2001 Cobra with a mac o/r pro chamber i was more then happy with the sound. 10x better then flowmaster, i cant explain the sound its just sounds so dam mean and loud lol. only downfall is that its expensive but if you have the money buy this you wont be dissapointed. Borla all the way!!!!!!

  99 cobra

  I was incredibly satisfied with this catback setup! I matched it to a bassani catted x-pipe that I got through AM, and heads turn everywhere I go. The clean tone, along with the quality and sound of the borla stingers make it worth the price. Backed the car up on ramps and did the job by myself in 2 hours flat. I'd imagine the job would be easier with an exhaust hanger tool to break the original exhaust free, but it is possible with a little man power. All the guys in our car club love it too. Thanks AM for another great product.

  Just get it

  Sounds so so good. Really aggressive but moderate at the same time. It's a striaght through flow so no restrictions like that of the ATAK.

  Borla Stingers

  I would 1st ask about the "drone" and how they can assist in eliminating this. Venturies do not work. These animals, sound good, but the "drone" is very intense. Also, the installer had to heat the pipe to bend it to fit (bout 1.5" over), the bumper cut outs. I would not recommend the S series. I can only imagine what the Atak sounds like. Dont get stuck with them. (Bill, 10/25/16)

  worth the cost!

  overall a fantastic exhaust, the note is incredible. Install was simple and strait forward. The sound is perfect loud when you get on it but quite cruising. up or down 1 gear completely changes how loud the exhaust is.

  Sounds great and easy to instal!

  This catback sounds great with my off road H-pipe! I love the sound! It only took a couple hours to instal on jack stands with some help from a friend. The tips look amazing and the volume is moderate when just driving around town, but it really wakes up when I step on it!

  Too pricey, but best exhaust out there.

  While everyone here agrees its way too expensive, it is arguably the best sounding exhaust. The ATAKs are very restrictive and have a cone with 4 holes in it that make it sound like a raspy, choking wanna-be cobra. The Stingers are a much smoother and deep sound. I used these to replace SLP LoudMouth's and at first, there was very little difference, but once a carbon layer started to buildup and they began to break in, they started to sound better with ever 100 miles. The polished tips were a selling point to me. They are 4-in in diameter and fill the hole in the rear bumper much better than the stock pipes, and in addition, they are rolled at the edge of the tips, so even from a distance, you can see them. Add these with an X-Pipe and unless you've got some crazy drag racing setup, you should be satisfied with the sound and performance of these pipes.

  Borla Stingers on a 2003 Mustang Cobra

  These sound Great. If you have an aftermarket x-pipe you might need to get the flange going for the Borlas to the x-pipe made a little bit bigger. I took it to a muffler shop and they did it for free. Then it fit perfectly and sounds great. And it has a great finish

  Great Sound!

  I love the sound of this exhaust paired with a O/R Bassani X pipe. Only bad thing I'd say is that tail pipes don't line up in bumper cut outs evenly. Right side tail pipe hangs down just a little lower than the left. Looks as though exhaust hanger that is welded to tip is bent upward causing pipe to hang lower. Nothing you can't easily fix though. Overall great product and great price. American Muscle was lowest price for this system. Everywhere else wanted $100 more!

  Just as amazing as I thought it would be. Fit and finish is an easy 10, took maybe an hour to install in my buddys shop. Sounds incredible, definitely the best exhaust setup out there for mustang cobras.

  Great Sounding Cat Back

  Love the sound and look of these. Deep sound at idle and very loud when acclerating. My car is not a daily driver, but if it were these would louder than I would like on a daily driver, but a weekend crusier I love them. Only complaint is that I have long tubes on my car and had 2.5" exhaust running from the long tubes all the way through the exhaust tips. When I received these and started to install I noticed that the short pipe that bolts to the mid pipe is 2.25" and then the rest of the cat-back is 2.5". I called Borla and they explained that the stock mid pipe on the cobras were 2.25" and that is why the first pipe in the kit is 2.25". I took it to a muffler shop and they made a 2.5" piece and installed for me. This set me back another $200. I feel like the fact that the flange pieces are 2.25 should be noted in the description of these cat-back's somewhere, but everything I see indicates that this system is 2.5" all the way through.
