Description
High Performance Clutch. The ProTwin Dual Disc Carbon Clutch Kit with Billet Steel Flywheel, 26-Spline input is engineered to deliver exceptional torque capacity and durability for high-output Gen III HEMI engines. This kit is suitable for both street and strip use, providing reliable power transfer, consistent engagement, and smooth operation under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a billet steel flywheel and pressure plate along with two solid hub discs and a floater, this clutch kit is fully balanced as a complete assembly. The friction material is a steel-backed carbon composite designed for long-lasting wear and excellent heat resistance. ARP fasteners and a pilot bearing are included to enhance durability and provide a professional finish.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not require drilling or modifications. This clutch kit fits aftermarket transmissions and bell housings compatible with Gen III HEMI engines equipped with passenger side starters. An alignment tool is included to ensure precise clutch disc positioning.
Application. This kit is specifically designed for 2008-2023 V8 HEMI Challenger models with passenger side starter bell housings and 26-spline input shafts. It is compatible with aftermarket transmissions and bell housings but not suitable for factory Mopar 6060 bell housings.
