This axle-back’s exhaust note starts as a low rumble and explodes into a mid-range growl that’s sure to make heads turn.
Performance To Match. The Flowmaster Outlaw Series Axle-Back Exhaust with Black Tips also gives your Mustang a performance boost to match its new attitude. Its turbulence-free inlet tube design and straight-through mufflers ensures a quick evacuation of exhaust gases, greatly reducing back pressure. Additionally, this axle-back is dyno-tuned to get the most out of its performance.
Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction. The Flowmaster Outlaw Series Axle-Back Exhaust with Black Tips is crafted out of 409S stainless steel tubing for superior corrosion resistance. This exhaust features 2.25-inch wide connectors that lead into 3-inch wide inlet tubes. The inlet tubes are fully mandrel-bent to ensure efficient exhaust gas flow, as well as to add rigidity to the assembly. The muffler end of this exhaust receives a tough, black powder-coat finish. Rounding out this axle-back’s design are black, powder-coated exhaust tips that, together with the powder-coated mufflers, give this axle-back a tough stealthy look.
Direct Installation with Minor Cutting. The Flowmaster Outlaw Series Axle-Back Exhaust with Black Tips is designed as a direct bolt-on assembly. Minor cutting is required for a proper fit. Additionally, this axle-back comes with all the necessary mounting hardware for a hassle-free installation.
