Free Flowing Exhaust. Magnaflow delivers the ultimate free flowing exhaust for the V8 powered S197 Mustangs with the Competition Axle-Back Exhaust. By eliminating power robbing restrictions, more horsepower and torque is produced where it belongs - at the rear wheels.
Aggressive Muscle Car Sound. The Magnaflow Competition Axle-Back Exhaust System features a set of two straight through bullet-style competition mufflers to give your Mustang the loud aggressive exhaust note of the muscle cars of yesteryear.
Quality Magnaflow Construction. The Magnaflow Competition Axle-Back System is constructed from 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for long life and a perfect fit. The system features (2) competition straight-through mufflers along with (2) brightly polished 3.5" stainless steel tips that exit from the stock location for impressive good looks.
Application. Made as a direct bolt on, this Magnaflow Competition Axle-Back Exhaust System will bolt straight up without any modifications required on the 2005 to 2009 GT, Bullitt and Shelby GT500 Mustangs to give it a deep aggressive sound.

Technical Note: Americanmuscle recommends adding the 2005+ Mustang 304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Hanger Kit from the drop down option above, to provide more strength, stability and a cleaner installed appearance. If you have a 2007 Mustang you may need the kit for correct installation.
