What kind of headers would work with this set up. I am looking to buy a set of long tube headers as well and am wondering if it would work with this setup.

    Sounds amazing.

When I was shopping around for a new dual exhaust kit there were many options. I asked an expert from American muscle and they recommended the pypes true dual exhaust kit because it was the loudest and the best bang for your buck. After installing it at my local exhaust shop I wasn't surprised to find that it sounded amazing and the black tips matched my car nicely. It's loud when you want it to be. And not to loud when you want it to be, though it's never really silent lol. I've gotten many compliments on it. It's the best thing I've done to my mustang yet. I'm truly satisfied with my exhaust buying experience.

    Not sure...

I'm not too sure if I like this exhaust just yet. I paired it with Kooks long tube headers and the Kooks catted x pipe. It has a great startup sound, and idle along with cruising at 60-70mph, but when you step on it from any speed/rpm range, it sounds like a loud trumpet to me. I may end up removing the mufflers and just have straight pipes. Overall it seems to be good quality after putting 500 miles on it, and it may sound better on a stock manifold / mid pipe and cats.

    Sounds Great , looks amazing

I bought this as my first mod for my 2010 Mustang. I did not know what I was getting myself into, but this and the Roush rear Valence look perfect together. It sounds 10x better and does not get annoying.

    Fitting

I had the one of the best custom exhaust shops in Maryland install this for me (Tony's Exhaust). I would not recommend installing this at all on your own unless you are very experienced with custom exhausts. You can look up the reviews for these guys if you don't believe me, but they have a ton of reviews saying how they can do super custom jobs and they never complain or have any issue installing. They also installed my friends 2015 mustang exhaust the week before. Well guess what! They had issues installing my exhaust. There biggest complaint was that it was a tight fit and didn't fit right on the car like it should have. Took a professional shop at least 4 hours to do so good luck if you are doing it on your own. With that being said it sounds great! Almost sounds like a V8. Doesn't sound high pitched or like a rice rocket at all, which is what I was worried about. It does have a growl, but not as loud as mean as a v8 when it is idle. But it can get pretty deep and pretty loud when put your foot to the pedal!

    Great Sound and Look

Purchased and took to local shop to have it installed and the joints welded. Love the sound and abit of power added to my V6, much much better sound then the single output. The look is just Awesome combined with the Roush GT Valance. Gives the V6 the muscle sound without being to obnoxious. Sounds just like the video.

A mod every V6 should have

I highly recommend this product to any V6 owner. Amazing sound around 2700 RPM and is not annoyingly loud when on long drives. It really picked up the appearance and sound of my car!

    Awesome performance gain

Awesome performance and sound upgrade especially with CAI. Definitely what the stock 2005 V6 shouldve come with :-) Heard a lot of mixed reviews on these but am totally satisfied with this product. No drone, produces great tones especially when you want sound (and actually fairly quiet when you dont... lol) and acceleration is drastically improved. If youre looking to wake up your ride this along with CAI are a great place to start :-)

    Awesome!!!!!

Great sound!!!!! People think it's a V8. No raspy sound like some dual systems, just a deep V8 sound. I recommend this system to anyone who is looking to convert their V6 single exhaust to dual exhaust. Great Buy!!!

    Looks And Sounds Great

I took the kit to a local exhaust shop "Minute Muffler in Medicine Hat" for the installation and "DJ" did a great job. I have to admit though that with my automatic the sound is a little off when it shifts. But the video is accurate, when cruising even at 120kph on cruise control the noise is minimal but when you put your foot to the floor it sounds awesome. And the start up and idle sounds are great.

One for show and two to go.

V 6's don't sound like V 8's with or without sound augmentation, but these true duel Pypes mid mufflers sound great on my V 6. Its quiet when I want it to be but a head turner when you put your foot down. You will notice less back pressure and gain a few more horsepower. I would recommend to V 6ers looking for a good sound at a reasonable price and has a nice rumble at idle

    Great product and kit!

I waited so long for this system, i finally got it and it exceeded my expectations. Installation took about 3 and a half hour pretty easy installment. Most difficult part was fitting the second type in the cut out of the bumper. But sounds great, looks great and definitely a noticeable change in power.
