Popular Tire Sizes for this Wheel
Hey I’m Justin with AmericanMuscle.com, here with a classic Mustang wheel but with a little bit of a twist, I’m referring to our AmericanMuscle.com Bullitt wheels fitting all 94 or newer Mustangs, now available in a solid gloss black or solid matte black. If there’s any one wheel that simply belongs on a Mustang, it has to be the Bullitts, for some reason that iconic 5 spoke deep lip design works so well on these cars, from the classics, all the way to the newer body styles, up until recently your options have been fairly limited, a polished lip with a different color face. Well, now you can add these sinister all black options to that list. Our lightweight aluminum Bullitt wheels are available in a high gloss finish, or a slightly more reduced matte black with a satin clear coat. As for the sizing we’re looking at 17 and 18” diameters, and widths ranging from 8-10 inches. Since these are Bullitts you do have the option of going with that very cool deep dish feature which will give you that nice big lip, all these different options leaves you with a couple of choices, go staggered by sticking a wider wheel and tire on the rear, and if that’s the case you can even exaggerate that stance even more, by sticking a wider deep dish wheel on the rear and a non deep dish wheel up front. On the other hand you can go with a standard fitment by sticking the same width wheel and tire on all 4 corners, which will give you the ability to properly rotate those wheels and tires in the future. You can purchase these wheels by themselves if you like, however if you’re going to need some new rubber to go along with those new wheels, then why not let us do the work for you, we do offer a couple of pre built tire and wheel combinations, where we pair your Bullitts up with some of the top tires on the market today, in sizes that are guaranteed to fit your Mustang without rubbing, even if you’re lowered an inch or two. On top of all that, you get to take advantage of our free mounting and balancing and free shipping and handling. Finally all AmericanMuscle wheels are backed by a lifetime structural warranty, and a 1 year warranty on all finishes. Installing a new set of wheels and tires is something any backyard mechanic should be able to tackle, with the use of some basic hand tools and a floor jack. Making sure the car is on level ground first, go ahead and crack those lugs loose before you get the car in the air, once you’ve done that, simply jack the car up, swap out all 4 wheels and tires and that’s it, getting all this done should only take you about an hour from start to finish. Ok, so black wheels rule, we already know this, we also know that Bullitt wheels look great on Mustangs. Put them together, and you have a combination that cannot miss, so be sure to check out a set of all black Bullitts for your ride, right here at AmericanMuscle.com

Recommended Tire Size:
Technical Note. Due to the limited space in the rear wheel wells of the 1994-2004 Mustangs, we highly recommend you flip or completely remove the rear quad shock for proper fitment. Slight rubbing may occur on the inside of the wheel and tire without this modification.
Note. Priced per wheel.
Fitment: 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998
Mounting & Balancing: AmericanMuscle offers professional mounting and balancing on all wheels and tires when purchased together on the same order. This will allow you to swap out your old wheels for your new set when they arrive.
What is TPMS? The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS for short) is a factory installed safety feature on all 2007 and newer Ford Mustangs that alerts you when your tire pressure drops to an unsafe limit.
How do I keep my TPMS feature? Aftermarket wheels do not come with TPMS sensors. However, if you select 'Add TPMS Sensor Kit' and your specific year range from the options listed above, we'll install the TPMS Sensors in your new wheels!

Will this fit on my 2006 v6 without modification?
The 17x10.5" Deep Dish Bullitt Wheel will not fit the 2006 V6 Mustang.
Looking at the 94-04 body styles, will the Cobra front brake kit work with these?
The 17x10.5" Deep Dish Bullitt Wheel will not clear the Cobra front brakes.
I have a 03 GT, stock wheels and tires,.Will I be able to use my same stock size tires on both the 9" (i think its 17x9 stock :s) and the 10.5"? I'm trying to keep my tires as they're basically brand new. If that makes sense to anyone please let me know. Thanks
Hey Charlie, depending on the tire size yes you can for the front tires. But the 10.5 rears will most likely be too wide to fit the stock size tires. Anything smaller than a 275 is going to cause problems
I’m looking at the 17x10.5 bullits would the M/T street comp 315/35R17 fit without modification I’m currently on stock suspension so the car isn’t lowered at all
I read a review on here about someone complaining about this wheel not clearing their borla cat back. I'm curious as to if this is true because I also have a borla system. I'm planning on lowering my 04 GT with the Ford B Spring so the drop won't be drastic. Will this wheel clear that setup?
l would not anticipate any exhaust clearance issues when using your setup.
This wheel will not fit the 2017 Ecoboost. It is confirmed to fit only the 1994 - 2004 models.
These will fit the rear of a 95 Mustang V6 properly yes. The recommend tire size for these here are 315/35/17's.
No, unfortunately, that tire size will not work on a 17" wheel. You will need that size in a 17" diameter.
This wheel will not work on the rear of a 17 GT due to the size of the brakes.
The offset for the 17x9 Bullitt black wheel is +30mm (1.18") and for the 17x10.5 deep dish wheel, the offset is +28mm (1.10").
We recommend a 315-35-17 for these wheels on the rear of a 94-04 Mustang.
Hello! Unfortunately, we have not tested these wheels with spacers on an 07 Mustang. We can only guarantee fitment for these wheels on a 94-04 Mustang.
American Muscle test fits all of our wheel and tires and guarantees fitment without rubbing up to 2". With your Mustang lowered approximately 3", we cannot guarantee fitment.
It's best to go off of what your door/the owners manual says.
What we have found is that as long as you are not going lower than 2" from the factory height you should not run into any issues. As far as the steering issue, a bump steer kit should definitely help out with that. When lowering your car I always recommend either camber bolts or a castor camber plate kit to help with the alignment of the vehicle which will need to be done after installation of the lowering springs.
Simple installation for anyone.
