Description
Efficient Ignition Upgrade. The Holley EFI Smart Coil for Holley EFI or Terminator X; Set of 8 delivers enhanced spark energy while reducing power consumption, optimizing combustion in late model Gen III HEMI engines. Designed to replace stock ignition coils with improved performance, this upgrade is ideal for those seeking reliable and efficient ignition system enhancements.
Construction and Appearance. These coils feature robust construction with a built-in ignitor compatible with multiple aftermarket ECUs. The black finish provides a professional and durable appearance, designed to directly bolt onto factory valve covers using the supplied mounting hardware.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling due to the bolt-on design. Note that these coils require an aftermarket EFI ignition harness for compatibility and will not function with the factory wiring harness. The coils use the same IGN-1A wiring pinout for straightforward plug-in replacement with Holley EFI or Terminator X systems equipped with appropriate wiring.
Application. This set of smart coils fits Gen III HEMI 5.7L, 6.1L, 6.2L, and 6.4L engines from 2008 through 2023, providing a direct fitment solution without modifications, ensuring optimal performance for these specific engine families.
