These headers are engineered to maintain maximum exhaust gas velocity courtesy of turbulence-free plumbing and 3-inch wide collectors with a power spike. By doing so, these headers ensure your engine is free of spent exhaust gases, ensuring much more efficient fuel combustion. This, in turn, produces gains in power and torque, both of which can certainly help give you an edge come race day.

      Advance Your Sound. These Pypes catted headers will also advance your Challenger’s exhaust sound into a bass-rich aggressive roar that’s all about performance. This way, your vehicle will sound as intimidating as it performs.

      Includes Free-Flowing Catted Mid-Pipes. These long tube headers will replace your stock catalytic converters with a pair of catted mid-pipes. These mid-pipes feature free-flowing catalytic converters built into its system designed to maintain ideal emission levels without compromising performance.

      Wear-Resistant Build Quality. These long tube headers feature 1.875-inch wide 16-gauge 304 stainless steel tubes, making them extremely resistant to wear as well as corrosion. These exhaust tubes are then mandrel bent and expertly welded to eliminate any turbulence areas from its inner structure while also increasing strength. Likewise, these headers come with precision-cut stainless steel flanges measuring 0.375 inches thick for a tight fit. Finally, these components receive a polished finish for impressive under-chassis looks.

      ECU Re-Tune Needed. Considering you will be replacing your factory catalytic converters with a pair of catted mid-pipes, giving your vehicle’s ECU a re-tune is needed. This is to ensure optimal performance out of your Challenger while eliminating the chances of a check engine light.

      CARB-Certification Pending. These Pypes catted long tube headers are not for sale in California and other states that have adopted California emissions standards. Please do check local laws for permitted applications of this product.

      Application. These Pypes 1-7/8-Inch Catted Long Tube Headers fit all 2009 to 2014 5.7L Dodge Challenger HEMI models.
