      Description

      Loud Aggressive Sound. Installing a Borla "ATAK" catback system will significantly improve the exhaust flow of your coyote powered GT Mustang, when compared to the restrictive factory exhaust system, for a dramatic increase in power and performance with the added bonus of an aggressive muscle car sound that is not for the faint of heart.

      ATAK. Acoustically-Tuned Applied Kinetics, is Borla's newest technology that produces the highest available dB (decibel) levels to pump the volume while retaining clarity of sound, avoiding distortion typically found in louder exhausts.

      Street or Off-road Use. The Borla ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust X-Pipe bolts up directly behind the factory catalytic converters making your Mustang 100% smog-legal. Or it can be installed with Borlas XR-1 Long Tube Headers, deleting the factory cats for even more power making it perfect for off-road use.

      High Quality Construction. Constructed from ultra smooth mandrel bent 2.75" stainless steel tubing to improve exhaust flow the Borla catback exhaust system features two race inspired "ATAK" mufflers with 4.5" black chromed stainless steel slant tips for aggressive sound and impressive looks.

      Application. This Borla ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust System with included X-Pipe has a versatile design that allows it to fit 2011-2012 GT Mustangs equipped with either the factory manifolds or aftermarket shorty headers installed. Or it can be installed on 2011-2012 GT Mustangs with a set of Borlas XR-1 Long Tube Headers by deleting the catalytic converters.

      Installation Note. When installing this X-Pipe/Cat-Back kit on a BOSS 302 Mustang you will loose the functionality of the factory Side Exhaust pipes.

      Tech Note: By removing the catalytic converters, this exhaust is no longer legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles and will be intended for off-road use only.
