Description

Performance Enhancement. The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Shorty Headers with Titanium Ceramic finish significantly improve exhaust flow and boost horsepower and torque by 10-15 HP. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, they maximize your vehicle’s engine performance while enhancing overall drivability.

Construction and Appearance. Made from 16 gauge CNC mandrel bent steel tubing and featuring 3/8" thick laser-cut exhaust header flanges to resist heat distortion, these headers are coated in a durable titanium ceramic finish. This finish withstands high exhaust temperatures, helps reduce under-hood heat, and extends component life without retaining moisture.

Installation. Installation is straightforward thanks to the direct bolt-on design compatible with factory exhaust systems. No drilling is required, and the headers can be used with both stock and aftermarket cat-back exhaust kits.

Warranty. This product is backed by a full 1-year factory warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
